I have over 20 years of experience helping organizations set and pursue bold goals, redesign their processes so their business runs smoothly, and build up the skills and resilience of their teams to keep solving increasingly challenging problems. I’ll work with you to establish worthy goals, then help you use time-tested yet adaptable Lean methodology to get there. Rather than doing it for you, I help you build YOUR skills, so you can do this forever.
I started my career as a Strategy & Operations consultant in a global firm, serving consumer goods and manufacturing companies. I then held leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement within $1B+ organizations across the retail and logistics industries. In 2023, I founded Growing Wild to help your purpose-driven business thrive.
