Hello! I’m Laurel Martin, founder of Growing Wild Consulting.

I help heart-centered leaders build businesses that are both operationally strong and financially sustainable.

You bring the vision and the drive. I bring the principles, systems, and coaching that help organizations improve how work actually happens.

For more than 20 years, I have helped organizations:

Experience

I began my career as a Strategy & Operations consultant at a global firm, serving consumer goods and manufacturing companies.

I later held leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement within billion-dollar organizations across retail and logistics.

In 2023, I founded Growing Wild Consulting to bring the most powerful management methods used by large organizations to smaller, purpose-driven businesses that rarely have access to this kind of support.

My clients include niche manufacturers and founder-led companies producing everything from bagels to bimetals, raincoats to robots.
