Lean Fundamentals: Do More of What Matters

Tuesdays from 9:00-11:00 on Zoom starting 1/6/26 for 5 weeks

Lean isn’t about doing more with less — it’s about doing more of what matters. If you’ve ever wondered what Lean really means (or why so many “Lean initiatives” fizzle), this course will give you a fresh perspective. Across five engaging virtual sessions, you’ll explore the human side of Lean — how to design work that flows, solve problems scientifically, and build a culture where improvement is everyone’s job.

This isn’t another tools-based training or a slide deck of jargon. You’ll learn by doing: observing processes, experimenting with simple improvements, and discovering what makes great work systems — and great teams — thrive.

By the end, you’ll see your work differently: more connected, less chaotic, and full of opportunity.

This event is hosted by AME (Association for Manufacturing Excellence). Complete the form below to receive an invite once registration is live.
